DHL Express now available at nearly 200 DeinFach lockers!
We are delighted to announce an important milestone in our mission to advance open parcel logistics: DHL Express services are now available at the first nearly 200 DeinFach lockers.
With DHL Express as our newest logistics partner, we are expanding the range of services available to our users. From standard parcel deliveries to time-critical express shipments, customers can now enjoy even greater flexibility when collecting their parcels. This addition perfectly complements our existing carrier network and marks another important step towards a truly comprehensive parcel logistics ecosystem.
And this is just the beginning: DHL Express services will soon be available at DeinFach lockers across Germany.

Launch at Kassel Market Hall: New Location with 87 Compartments
Kassel - Pick up fresh local regional specialities at the markt hall and, at the same time, send a birthday gift to a friend or family member living elsewhere. Or perhaps someone visiting to send or collect a parcel will discover the benefits of shopping at the market hall along the way. These are some of the ideas behind the new automated parcel locker now operating at Marställer Platz in front of Kassel Market Hall.
The locker installation at the market hall is already the fourth DeinFach location in Kassel.
For the first time, the City of Kassel, in coordination with the Market Hall Company, has provided its own property for the installation. Thanks to its central city-centre location, the system can also support local retailers.
City Councillor Manfred Merz highlighted the benefits of the concept, noting that it brings logistics and people together in one place and can create additional value for the surrounding area. Further locations featuring open, carrier-independent parcel lockers would be welcome.
Market Hall Managing Director Matthias Tunnemann described the new installation as a forward-looking service solution.
The new DeinFach locker features 87 compartments and offers a convenient parcel collection and shipping point in the heart of Kassel, making everyday logistics more accessible for residents, visitors, and local businesses alike.

„Make Marl More Colourful!“: Artwork by local children decorates parcel locker in Marl
Marl – Together with Birgit Sauer, First Deputy Mayor of the City of Marl, Grand City Property (GCP) and DeinFach unveiled a newly designed parcel locker at Ostpreußenstraße 30 in Mark-Drewer on Thursday.
As part of the "Make Marl More Colourful"-initiative, children from the local neighbourhood were invited to submit artwork that would be used to personalise the parcel locker. The selected designs now transform the locker into a colourful community landmark, reflecting the creativity and imagination of local young artists.
The DeinFach locker provides residents a convenicent, carrier-independent solution for sending and collecting parcels directly within their neighbourhood, offering greater flexibility and everyday convenience.

Customers can rate their parcel collection and shipment experience directly at the locker. We use this feedback to continuously improve our services and processes.

First DeinFach locker opens in Reutlingen!
The first DeinFach locker is now live in Reutlingen. The installation builds on the success of deliveRT, a project funded by the State of Baden-Württemberg as part of the InKoMo 4.0 programme.
Developed in partnership between the City of Reutlingen, Reutlingen University and private-sector stakeholders, deliveRT laid the foundation for innovative, future-oriented parcel logistics solutions. With DeinFach, this vision continues, bringing flexible and user-friendly parcel services to local communities.

Vonovia and DeinFach celebrate their 150th joint parcel locker!
A special milestone: together with our partner Vonovia, we have opened our 150th DeinFach locker in a residential neighbourhood in Langenfeld.
This latest installation brings flexible, carrier-independent parcel services directly to local residents, making parcel collection and shipping more convenient than ever. The milestone also highlights the successful collaboration between Vonovia and DeinFach in creating accessible, future-ready logistics solutions within residential communities.
